  • Priority 1: As a social enterprise we want to boost agriculture extension services to improve the supply of higher milk-volumes of the right quality from dairy farmers.
  • Priority 2: As a social enterprise, we want to increase on the processing capacity of the existing products and develop new products of MDL.
  • Priority 3: As MDL, we want to increase sales through diversified marketing to become one of the leading dairies in Uganda
  • Priority 4: As MDL we want to create a financially healthy company by widening the financial base.
  • Priority 5: As a social enterprise we want to empower stakeholders with skills and knowledge for better performance.
